You go to the SMC & CliqClaq Shares Store and click "Shop Now" or you can also goto the store page on this site. There you will find all of the different ownership bundles that are available for purchase.

OK, IM NOW A CLIQCLAQ OWNER. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Well, I'm so glad you asked. Every CliqClaq owner gets to voice their opinions on the inner workings of the social media platform. Everything from features, to new Augmented Reality content (Games, Face Masks, Try On Items, Etc) and MORE.... You will also get to suggest things we may not have thought of. We want to make CliqClaq truly the Platform of the People.

THAT ALL SOUNDS GREAT. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH THESE DECISIONS?

Another great question. At the end of every month, every owner will recieve an email(UNTIL THE PORTAL IS DONE 2ND QUARTER 2024). In that email there will be serveral zoom open forum dates that you can attend the following month. There will also be several questions relating to different features, augmented reality items or core changes that you will get to vote on. After the questions, there will also be a comment box so you can tell us about any other ideas that you think will make CliqClaq a better platform for YOU. During the next month we will compile all those requests and discuss them at the open forum meetings and vote whether to include them in the next monthly owners email.

CAN I SELL MY SHARES?

You can sell your shares during our annual stock buy back event or to another private person with advance notice and permission from Sipla Media Corp after the one year transaction freeze expires.

 

WHAT'S A TRANSACTION FREEZE?

A temporary time period that you are NOT permitted to sell, transfer or trade your shares.

CAN PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE U.S PURCHASE SHARES?

People residing outside of the US can most definitely purchase shares. 

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASING SHARES?

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a contract in the United States. Stock Ownership is a contract between the purchaser and the company.
